The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet and with a nice big bathroom. Much better than the photos posted by the hotel. Two warm water outdoor swimming pools and large gardens. Efficient, friendly and helpful staff.

We were welcomed with a lot of enthusiasm and caring to this beautiful country inn right on the Dordogne River. Sitting on the patio looking out over the valley was a bit of heaven! The dining room was lovely. It was a fine base to visit nearby Sarlat La Canadia and to see other ancient buildings in the Dordogne area.

Reclaimed wood and furniture was smartly repurposed. It was an  unforgettable experience to live and experience how environmentally designed spaces can be so comfortable and joyous !!

Set in Thiviers, Le Belvédère is a beautiful private property which provides free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden and a terrace. The location was finé and the host attentive. Breakfast was continental (toast, croissant, pain au chocolat, yoghurt, coffee or tea). We chose to eat in for dinner, and the first night’s meal was excellent. The host had to be away from the hotel the next day so the meal was not of the same standard, but we would eat in again on a future visit.

Lovely hosts, clean, modern, full of beautiful art, and it even has a spa area. The breakfast was outstanding too, I couldn't ask for anything else.

Hôtel-Restaurant Les Collines is a 6-minute drive from the centre of Cublac and 10 km from the A89 motorway. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub and a terrace with sunbeds. It’s really difficult as a family of 5 to find a hotel room, even better is we were able to have a lovely evening meal which was really good value. We look forward to staying here again
